Cheated Badly last night! went to Pocketbook Bingo, brought a vege tray with dip. The other ladies brought Italian cookies and a variety of chips. I know I shouldn't have, but I indulged heavily. Ugh, tasted so good last night but am sorry today. Why do we cave in???? With every bite, I told myself I shouldn't, but I did. Ate very few vegetables. Had a fun night, just hope the rest of the weekend I can stay away from junk food!
