What are some proteins besides meat and eggs? There is only so much of those I can eat

Nuts, yogurt, supplements, grains, fish, rice, lots of stuff has protein in it in varying degrees. Just find what you like and eat it

Protein shakes are pretty good if you have a good quality powder base. I use Six Star Pro-nutrition 100% whey protein. The Vanilla cream flavor has 30 grams of protein per scoop, I use it as a quick breakfast on busy mornings, or blended with ice when I want Ice Cream.
