Well, I believe I finally can see a tangible result that is not on the scale. I have the luxury of wearing jeans to work everyday so I cycle through 5-6 pairs that I like. I have a pair that were snug, and I probably looked ridiculous wearing them, but this morning, they are not so snug! Woo Hoo-I measure on Saturdays-I can't wait...can't believe I said that either LOL!
