Oh sweet breakfast why must you taste so good. I think eating breakfast and then skimping on lunch is going to work for me. I am going to keep my lunch under 200 cal. and then satisfy the in between meals cravings with 100% Whey... Keeping my Protein intake over 200 per day while keeping calories and fat down is a tricky animal.

Either way it appears to be working. Anyone tried the electronic body fat meters? I want to track my progress by body fat % instead of weight since I expect to gain weight once I reach a certain point.

I think getting that first boost in the morning by eating breakfast is helping me burn fat throughout the day. Problem is the girl at the grill is sooo slow so I have to hit another line which is not as healthy.. I need to just start waking up earlier and making my own breakfast.

I think I'm orderina scale that does water and body fat. Of course it's not perfect but my sis says hers has at least been pretty consistant over the last 2 years. I can only find it on line so think I may bite the bullet and go on amazon tonight. I haven't heard good things about anyway to measure your own without paying an arm and a leg. If you find any good feedback please let me know. I'm at a point that I'd love to use that rather than rely on a scale. Esp since as a female it's terrible that most of my weight is in my "gut", I gain weight like a guy. Great family trait to inherit huh?

I just picked one up from Sears yesterday for about $45. I don't think the BF % is accurate as it is allot higher than the one at the gym however the scale itself is dead on and I can still use the BF% to track progress. Even if it is a little high I will see week to week changes. Wife hates the scale because our old one told her she was about 5 lbs lighter than she really is.
