Found out I had severe gluten intolerance a few years ago, and as soon as I got on the gluten free diet I gain 20 lbs in a month and a half... then slowly gained more weight until I was 130. For someone who is only 5 feet- this is not good!

Now I focus on eating less processed foods and getting regular exercise. I love, love, love jogging, Pilates, and my daily breakfast of a banana, chocolate & peanut butter smoothie. I am also really lazy when it comes to cooking so rice, potatoes, fruits and veggies are my staples.

I personally thought #16 looked absolutely adorable!!!

I agree with making sure the bathing suit fits (regardless of if it is a two-piece, one piece, etc.) and being comfortable. You are beautiful and fit and some one has an issue with you in a bikini that is their problem- not yours!!!

Feel free to add me- I am looking to lose my last 12 pounds through diet and exercise. I am on this site daily, and record my food daily. I am going to start doing a journal entry daily as well. I have been looking for buddies to motivate me on this site as well Smile

Iron Rich Foods?
rice and oatmeal have iron? Who knew (probably everyone but me, lol)

Just some background, I have had issues with low iron before and I am familiar enough with my body to know that it is low iron. Heck, my hubby was actually the one who mentioned that he thought my iron was getting low and I should be keeping an eye on it- so thank you for everyone who is mentioning the doctor- you are all right however with my background there is no reason for me to go back to the doctor... again... lol!

I hate peas (one of the few veggies I just can't stand) but I will have to try the Gojo berries and sardines- thanks to all for the suggestions!! I am bookmarking this so I can find this information again, you guys are all just fabulous! <3 <3
