Today is once again a beginning of a another beginning to lose weight. I can't remember a time in my life when I wasnt on a diet. I am an emotional eater and have realized that more than ever lately. I will work on making better food choices. Eat when hunger - not because I am bored, worried or celebrating. I will commit to 10,000 steps per day. It's time to do this and quit making it such a big part of my life. Everything always evolves around, yeah, i can to that....when i lose weight. Yeah, i can wear that....when i lose weight. If I keep putting things off...until i lose weight, my life will be gone. Gonna make a difference - starting TODAY. Goal is not to have my new years resolution for next year once again to be to lose weight. The time is NOW!
