Stayed steady this week, so at least I didn't gain weight! I'm hoping to start back up on a low refined sugar diet, I seem to do best on that sort of eating program. The problem is that I love sugar. I got this.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 January 2018:
1693 kcal Fat: 40.94g | Prot: 36.05g | Carb: 304.57g.   Breakfast: Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting). Lunch: Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), General Mills Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheerios, Cream Cheese, Thomas' Plain Bagel. Dinner: White Rice, Birds Eye Oriental Stir-fry. Snacks/Other: Pink Lady Apples, Dairy Queen Banana Split, Stouffer's Animal Crackers, M&M's Milk Chocolate M&M's. more...

We all like sugar lol but when I gave it up including my beloved Swedish Fish (you know what I'm talkin about) I honestly don't miss it. I was a diabetic and liked my legs better than sugar. Good luck Sweetie you will succeed!
