I do a happy dance! Finally it looks like I'm having some progress! This is so great! And now that today is my last test day this week. It's back to the gym to work on my couch to 5K training! If I can hit the big 150.0 tomorrow I think I'm going to get that perfume I've been wanting at this one little store...
150.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
