7th day in a row on total carbs...getting under 20 (leaving room for hidden carbs). No loss since the 2 pound gain. I have had coffee all along, so I don't think that is the culprit. I have cut down on cheese and the cream in my coffee. I only drink water the rest of the day (over 100 oz). I am definitely in ketosis. Wish this body would hurry up and adjust already. I'm not asking for some huge whoosh...just a pound or 2 every now and then would be nice!

I have my fingers crossed that I am now leaving that phase. Finally saw a loss after 10 whole days. Have you been watching out for hidden carbs or anything that might not be accurate in your log? I have found a few items in the database that were not accurate. You might want to look at those. I am a big coffee drinker too. If this weight keeps this slow I am thinking of limiting myself to only 1 and see. Maybe this could be it?

I haven't exactly been looking for hidden carbs, but am leaving room for them in my count. I try not to eat anything boxed except for the shakes and those are only once in a while. I need to make my own mayo since the counts are all over the place on this site. I suppose I could cut down the coffee...if I had to :)

I really dont want to HAVE to give up my coffee. This is the only caffeine I consume and with the lack of sleep I get on the weekdays - I REALLY need it. I am also thinking that I need to give up the shakes. They have been a great way for me to up my cals a little and are often one of the few carb items I have as well. Still working trial and error to see when and how well I lose and trying why.

Boy do I know what you mean about Just being glad if you could see a loss of a pound or two.
