Monday, 1/22/18, 5:35pm - DELICIOUS dinner! I only had Fried Zucchini, and I didn't have the exact nutrition info for how much was in each piece, but I did my best to record it fairly. They were "breaded" with Unflavored Whey Protein Powder, a little Parmesan Cheese and Seasoning Salt, Parsley & Pepper. I fried them in Olive Oil. YUMMM! SOOO good! Ending my day at: Fats=163.64 Carbs=41.09 Fiber=13.3 NET CARBS=27.29 Protein=96.19 Calories=1,958
