Day 8 of pushup challenge and I am maintaining well this week doing 10 pushups in the morning and 10 before bed. Next week, I will take it up to 20 pushups a day and 20 in the night. If lucky, the week after next, I will attempt to complete the challenge. Only made it to the gym once this week, just haven't felt up to weight training, but I have played basketball for 2 hours for 2 days this week to still get my cardio in.
