ok so I'm not counting calories anymore, though I'm still measuring portions

but I think I'm losing track of what I eat so am going to record it here for a bit

breakfast
muesli, yoghurt (both 1/2 cup, quarter papaya, 1 tbsp linseed ground, 1 1/2 tbsp acai berry powder.
green tea
water
