This week I'm focusing on fiber. I'm also fine tuning my carbs. I'm cutting out the Whey protein and any of the protein bars. I'm just going to try and stick with basic foods, with the exception of my fiber supplements. For some reason my body is out of whack. I need to get my digestive system back on track.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 March 2010:
1120 kcal Fat: 48.22g | Prot: 71.90g | Carb: 108.64g.   Breakfast: arrowhead mills organic 4 grain plus flax hot cereal. Lunch: tomato slice, canned tuna, lettuce leaf, mayonnaise, ezekiel bread. Dinner: creamy tomato ricotta pasta sauce , provolone cheese, flatout flatbread, pepperoni style veggie protein slices. Snacks/Other: 85% Dark Chocolate Trader Joe's, 85% Dark Chocolate Trader Joe's, 85% chocolate, truvia, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, psyllium husk, water. more...
