Ok so i thought i needed to replace the sad face journal with something a little positive, i have been very very bad drinking lots and eating a lot of crap but today was actually better i spent 16 of my 21 WW points and i am full i woke up late so i only had lunch and dinner (4 hours inbetween them)i did eat a bar of vegan chocolate (omg its amazing and im addicted) which was 7 points but i counted them too and i havent gone over my WW points. I also went for a jog this evening i went for 15 mins but i did it in intervals which is really hard both of my ankles are reallly hurting i seem to have a really strange gait where my feet lean heavier on the outside of my foot which means that side hurts really quickly and also that i am no longer able to wear thin heels because my ankles just bend outwards ouch :(
I'm planning on trying to jog as much as i can because one of my biggest dreams is to oneday run a half marathon or even a full marathon its a far away dream but still i have to start somewhere :)
