I struggle every weekend. I still don't feel 100% recovered from the flu and I just crave comfort foods.....which for me are mostly cereal and ramen noodles. Back on the horse this morning, but I am tired of the struggling and fighting against myself.

I am with you, Sierra!
I found 2 saviors: Chocolate fat bombs and HWC. The fat bombs are just chocolaty and sweet enough to help with that craving. A couple a day help keep my macros on track.
I am now taking HWC for my coffee to work, in salad dressing containers
- why didn't I think of that sooner?

Shortcuts are life savers. I need to get back into my usual breakfast routine. I used to boil eggs and buy a package of precooked bacon every week. Costs about $9 for a week of work breakfasts. LOL I have been going through McDonald's for two round eggs and two sausage patties and that costs me almost $6 a day! Ack

I appreciate the suggestion, but I have learned that the only way I can lose weight and keep my blood pressure in normal range is eating low carb.

I don't feel deprived on low carb - but I have extra motivation because I am T2D.
