There are a few reasons why you might see a change. For one, your body just might need to adjust to these changes. Could it be time for TOM? Are you proberly hydrated? And, as far as your food log, are you weighing your foods or entering as just 1 serving? I find that there are a lot of items on this site that are quite vague or incorrect. If you are not weighing it could be that you are over doing it, or possibly under doing it.

Hi Keli, I weigh everything- sometimes what this site lists as 1 serving is the same as what I weigh out, most times not though. I am drinking over 100 oz water...no tom in sight...must be adjusting again :)
