Good morning All, I have started a new way to live, I am down from 300 to 287. I have been on FS for a few years and have not really been successful. I am not giving up. I with my Dr have set new goals 700 calorie a day with eating only protein ( meat eggs seafood and a few veg. So far it is working. I exercise 30 min a day and feel great. I am looking forward to success in 2018.
