Thank you!!! I looked online and am going to follow a few of the things. I actually have kiwis in my fridge and am going to add some cinimmion to my shakes. Weighed myself today and am bang on 210. Going for a run today and having shakes, veg and fruit to eat. That's it. Not going to weigh myself tomorrow either and just cross my fingers for Monday. Your right....I CAN DO THIS.
