BIG SHOCK! I thought I was 5'9", as that is was I was since I was 16 years old. I just measured my height and at 65 years I am now 5' 7.5" !!! I know you get shorter as you age but I did not think I was there yet. New goal: gain back 1" in height.

Because of this I adjusted my RDI. It is now 2100 to loose 1 pound per week.

I was 6' into my 40's and 50's, but began shrinking too...now a mere 5'10" at 69
