Is it even possible to be gaining weight on induction. I am counting total carbs, exercising 3-4 days a week, and not light exercise a p90x class called insanity with elipitical machines too! I did increase my calories the second week. The first week I was doing about 1300-1500 cal and lost 7lbs, now the last two weeks doing more like 1700-1800 but I have gained 3 lbs back. I am not cheating and counting everything. What am I doing wrong. Any ideas? Bummed!
