I eat out way too much and I'm worried it will affect my diet. Well...it's already affecting my diet. I don't even remember what I ate for the last two days. *sigh* Well I will work hard to prevent bounce back. I really wanted to get under 150 during this week, but that now looks like an impossibility...
153.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
