ughhhhhh! (while banging my head on the desk) it is easy to get off track. got back from vacation last year at 220. quit exercising. health problems in november had me eating to stave off headaches. just snowballed into eating too much again and drinking too often. It is time to get back on track. vacation coming in July. Hope to be under 220 by then.
