Wow, 155.74. Technically, 156. I got an A in my Pilates class. Woot Woot! I have to work out my own routine now since I've finished school.
Will spend a month getting things together and begin a job search in a new field. At 59 I'll be a neebie!
Anyway, my BMI is down to 24. Phew. Blood pressure is great. The low sodium is working for me. < supposed to keep it under 2330 and am keeping it under 1200. Nice. That's it for now.
