I have now exercised two days in a row. I think I've found something that can work for me! The house I live in has 2 flights of stairs from the road tonmy front door. So I've been putting on some nice dance music, grabbing my dumbells and climbing the stairs up and down. I am starting with 4 minutes, the length of my current favourite song (Keep Movin') After a week I'll go up a minute.
Anither nice thing about this is I can do it with my toddler around- she has been sitting at the top of the stairs enjoying the music 😂
