Things are looking good but will have the big challenge at work as I rotate in a job so at home very easy to keep "control". Not easy to control when you work 12 hours a day 7 days a week in a "high" stress environment. Snacking and high carb intake was my way of dealing with daily life at work. Will just need to be well planned with my "snacks"
