I had a horrible week. I was very stressed out and didnt really stick to my plan and I gained some of the weight that I had lost back. But I am starting fresh this week. I was able to get some of stress under control and I'm just gonna keep trying to stick to my plan (even if I'm having a bad week). I want to get at least half of what I gained back off by the end of this week, so here we go.
