It's been awhile since I was last on (over a month by the looks of it). I got a little down with my weight going up and down all the time and it led me to comfort eating. Surprisingly I only gained 5lbs in that month but that is 5lbs I was down before... Now I am back on track and I am trying to make and meet some small goals. Goal 1: work out at the gym at least 3 times a week. Goal 2: Loose 15lbs by spring when I go dress shopping for my sisters wedding. Goal 3: Loose 15 more pounds by my sister wedding in October. (30lbs total). Goal 4: Eat less snacks at work (they have A LOT of snacks on hand) Hopefully by this time next year I will be able to say that I reached my goals!
