I'd really like to lose 10 pounds in November since October was a bad month with the fire and evacuation and not sticking to my eating plan. But today is the 27th and I'd need to lose between 2 and 3 pounds to do it. Not sure how to go about it, I've already eaten enough for today. I might be able to just drink beverages for the next couple days.

Fasting would be your best bet! take a multivitamin along with water. the least amount of calories you can eat for a fast is 100-200 if you feel dizzy.uneasy at any point.

Sarahjane: I think I'll try fasting and see how I feel at 24 hours or about 1pm tomorrow. I've done it before with zero calorie drinks and even chicken bouillon. When I first signed up on FS I joined a challenge that was a 3 day egg fast and I lost 3 pounds in 3 days. Not sure I'm up for it now though, nothing but eggs, butter and cheese.

That sounds like a unique challenge though I do agree that seems unappealing. I wish you all the willpower and motivation you need to reach your goal this month Fritzy!

I might try it for 3 days IF I can add bacon to the mix. I could have bacon and cheese omelets for 3 days. Also can do egg salad without bread since you can use mayonnaise in place of butter. I'm thinking about it. Not supposed to have bacon, but I'd do it for 3 days. I'll wait and see what I weigh on December 1 before deciding.
