Deevchina's Journal, 12 March 2010

Only lost 1 lb this week. It's disappointing, but not surprising. I'm so anxious to get below that 160 mark. It's been a long time since I've weighed in the 150's. I've changed things up a bit and am trying to eat more. Yesterday, I actually went over a bit. So today, I'm trying to be more careful. Still haven't totally figured out dinner.

It's a new week for me, and a new beginning. I just need to keep my resolve and continue to move forward.

Congrats on the loss - remember any loss is a good one. Sounds like you have a great attitude for the upcoming week - hang in there. As you get closer to your goal, the weight loss will slow down a bit. You are doing great!!

Im kind of in the same boat, stuck at 159, so far Ive lost 37lbs. So Im switching it up the is week, changing up the meal plan and concentrating on tons of fiber. Ill see where that gets me. I have 10 lbs to my goal and I realize this part may go slow! What is your goal weight?

I'd like to be 140 before my daughter's wedding in July, but 130 would probably be better. I'm only 5'3 and have a small frame. I've lost 20 lbs since January. I'm actually trying to eat more this week. I wish I had the extra time and cash to do Jorge's private coaching. I'm afraid I'm missing something...

Any lost is great. I know exactly how you feel I want to see the 150 to, but I say to myself each week I will get there with patience. I think you will do it. I do not feel you are missing anything with the private coaching, it you tuly feel that way you could buy the meal plan if you have the extra cash. Stick to what you have been doing, you lost 20lbs and that is with out any private coaching. I think that great. Keep it up.
