2lbs off really want to get that last 2lbs off.... half way to target.
Gona hit the gym and drink 2ltrs of water dailt this week :)
176.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1239 kcal Fat: 15.39g | Prot: 54.88g | Carb: 90.96g.   Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, oat so simple indulgent white chocolate & rasberry porriage. Lunch: White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Mayonnaise (Low Calorie), Tuna in Water (Canned), eggs, cucumber, tomatoes. Dinner: the pink chill california zinfandel rose. Snacks/Other: 1% milk. more...
