mamamc7 really simple, just layers of thin sliced zucchini, yellow squash, and tomatoes, with a bit of Olive oil on top (I like spray Olive oil, you get better coverage for less calories) then plenty of seasoning, I used garlic salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and pepper flakes. Baked at 350 for about 30-45 minutes.

Oh Thank you! After googling, I made a version of this tian tonight with zucchini, tomatoes, yellow squash and onions and shallots using a little EVOO, and finished it with freshly grated Romano cheese( just a bit, and loads of basil, oregano and salt and pepper. It was AWESOME!!!
