Tried to sleep today early - just after work. Fell asleep easily, but woke repeatedly until I just got up and went to the gym. Not the best diet choices as S gave me her pizza and then she, DA and I went shopping which included ice cream. Instant yummy that will require some balance later in the day. Off to shower and then sort my desk. Workout went great though I gave up the sauna to stay on task with the rest of my commitments.
