oh. yeah it is kinda struggle. what are you yo-yoing. 5 lbs or less right!? Learn to accept no ONE stays the same. I used too do that much, now its up and down 2-3 lbs. You may want to read up on that 20 min here and there. Don't you wnat to work out enough to get your heart rate up enough in one work out? i dunno. Its foods girl. Its 80-90% foods. ppl hate knowing that. Stop the chinese food. Or just the soy sauce. THAT sucks, I know. Or switch it up, drop your carbs -don't stop them!
