The scale said 141lbs this morning. But I'm dismissing it because I had weighed after a 20 minute workout which included water chugging. And also because I am PMSing. And we had chinese food last night. Lol. The scale is lucky it didn't get thrown....
Anyway, that is my new method (not scale throwing... although that might be a fun new sports idea...). Work out for at least 20 mins in the mornings and at least another 20 in the evenings. It's only 9AM though and I am really tired. Hopefully that will really kick my metabolism into high gear and I can get back down to 135lbs pretty quick. Le sigh. I am tired of yo-yo-ing! Stupid weight. It's always going to be a struggle isn't it?
