breakfast - Atkins Advantage vanilla shake, flax MIM (muffin in a minute) w/1TBS butter
lunch - Wendy's Baja salad (1/2 size) without the chili or tortilla strips, added 2 grilled chicken fingers, w/red jalapeno dressing & coke zero
snack - Atkins Endulge choc caramel mousse bar
dinner - 2 chicken tenders baked w/bbq sauce, 1 c brussels sprouts, 1 c carb smart vanilla ice cream






water (8oz servings) 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1 = 8 (64 oz)
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
