I have to be honest. Ever since my husband came back home I've been sneaking in some not so good for me foods and making excuses to myself as to why I am not making better choices. I think that is the reason I haven't been logging consistently :( Soooo...finally admitting it out loud to myself...phew... makes me realise that I must hold myself accountable. Soooo...beginning tomorrow...I will start logging again. My weight has been decreasing but that is only because I eat less calories and not because I am eating healthier.
