Accidentally lost journal I was doing here. Was going to log 2 weeks inch changes as recorded by mPort. Have lost inches. Mostly mid thighs and calves. BMI from 35.8 to 35.3.I'm satisfied and pleased with my progress and my consistency especially in the face of crazy situations in which I ate out of control l before this plan. Still motivated to continue on.
