I'm starting reasonably slowly, but I want to get intake under control before I move on. I remember the last time I lost, and simply getting the appetite under control and the stomach shrunk was so valuable. I can add the exercise and increase the effectiveness of the whole process soon, but I need to remind myself that all of this really IS possible...and without massive effort. I can do this and I already am. I know it's only going to get better, even when I have set backs.
