Today I am recommitting myself for 2008.
I read First for Women the other day and ALG has a 3 day detox in there so I'm doing that then jumping into phase 1.
Too much holiday noshing has given me problems!!

good luck ! hicj issue is it in, january? I'm always interested in her detox programs- is it different from the hmc one?
