Shoulders and Back, Ab Ripper X -> Mixed the workouts up a little today. Used the Gold's Gym green bands and 5lb hand weights. I really could go higher on both - we'll see how the bank account is next month.

Ate another hot salad last night - couldn't finish it all. Back to more traditional salad today for lunch. I had bought a bunch of veggies two weeks ago...and since we hadn't had water (we have it again now - yea!) we hadn't been able to wash dishes until yesterday. So...I may try and juice some more stuff - and strain through knee highs - laugh, but it works!

Hoping to add walking on the treadmill back into this week - I've been working late and have been on the verge of exhaustion by the time I get home. So....I've given myself grace. P90x is a given - treadmill is just a little extra something, something.
