Wow, I am so sore from helping with grouting the new tile yesterday. It feels like I am sitting on a hugh bruise and I am very slow today. However, I am planning on going to the track today for the first time in a while, 2 weeks almost and work this soreness out. I purchased a walk DVD and I have been using that for exercise to help beat the heat. However, I have determined that I am failing in my goal of regular exercise. I have to get back on track...when I cut grass yesterday and was sweating it felt so good to be moving and sweating outside. I worked in the yard for an hour and 1/2 then helped with grouting the floor and cleaning the tiles from the grout. It was a good day, had a boston butt on the smoker for 6 hours, which turn out delish...also, some turkey wings which were a little dry. So I don't have to worry about cooking for the next couple of days. Hopefully, I can spend the extra time at the track and refocus my energies on completing my goal. There are appx 30 weeks until the end of October, I would like to lose around 40 pounds before the holiday season starts again, because I truly believe that I can maintain since I have been very stable with my weight which goes up and down 2 pounds.

Muscle soreness is a good sore...you know you are working and strengthing your muscles. A walk might help to loosen up those stiff muscles. When it gets hot, which won't be for a while here, I walk first thing in the morning, my dogs are quite furry and they prefer the cool of the morning as do I.
