Well, I had a plan I was going to retire and get a schedule that I can hit the gym every day. So not happening! Life really does have a way of getting in the way of the best of intentions. So far, I went to NY for a week (a friend of mine's husband passed away suddenly), and had a visit from my older brother and now waiting for the younger one to visit. No gym, but lots of cleaning, laundry and cooking (at least I'm making Keto dishes). Eventually things will settle (I hope) and I will be able to get a routine. {sigh}
