Got away from keeping track again and put some weight back on. Off to a good start. Lost 2 pounds since yesterday. Be great if was always that easy. One of life’s lessons, always-always track your progress. Whether it’s weight lose, incomes, or whatever. Tracking forces you to pay attention. I do so 100% better when I do that.
