It is interesting how I usually go up a pound or two one day and then come down that same pound or two the following day...yesterday I went up to 175. Well today, I reached my mini goal....172. I didn't have a reward for myself so I'll say, eating a small pork chop with a baked potato was the reward:) I try to stay within my limited food range but when there is nothing to eat...well. I no longer have cravings for unhealthy foods and snacks....I'm proud of myself for sticking to my plan.
Yesterday, I started back swimming and mainly water aerobics. Running in place in the pool is quite relaxing and does give you a good burn. Today, I hope to go for a nice long walk with my super active puppy...now that is exercise.
My husband comes back in 2 weeks...I can't wait for him to say....WOW, because when he left I was a matronly 186. I hope to meet my 165 goal before he gets home...and I know I can. :)
