Day 88, and it's the same situation: doing well, feeling good, not really snacking/craving anything, and then boom! Somebody goes out of their way and surprises me with a delicious, delicious treat that I absolutely don't need. Today, it was half a caramel apple. Um, it was amazing and pretty much worth every one of the 300 calories it was. I can't be rude and say, "Thanks for buying this for me, I can't eat it!" I feel so awkward. I pushed my work out hard and cut down on the meat portion I was going to have for dinner to try and even myself out. Who knows.
