Not as much of a change this week, but my daughter turned two, so we had a party and some party food! Then my son went to his friends party on Sunday! Managed to avoid most of the party food though! But Definitely lacking a bit in the weekend

I need to start keeping a journal of the weekend eating as well! Will try better this coming week. Atleast that weight is still going downwards though!
234.8 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
