My personal trainer kicked my fat ass yesterday! There were muscles being used that I forgot were there! It felt good afterwards but not so much while I was doing the exercises! My arthritis did start bothering me in my right hip joint so those exercises will have to be put on hold for a bit. It's a big change from doing just the bike or treadmill and definitely a harder workout...didn't know my knees could sweat! LOL!
I didn't get in all of my WW points yesterday which I don't know if that will help or hinder my weightloss for the week especially with working out. I'm still trying to find that happy medium! I am tired of losing and gaining the same 5 pounds so I guess I just need to shake it up! This weekend could be challenging since it won't be as easy to get to the gym since I'll be heading out of town tomorrow morning until Sunday. At least I'll be back early enough on sunday that I can go to the gym then.
