How much actual gms of protein? Large bowl? Thinking it looks good 😊 and could make it for a dinner but it would never fill my husband up. I'd have to use 1 lb chicken. 12 to him and 4 to me. Bacon as a flavoring. Broccoli yes. Is there a sauce there? Really looks good.

The plate looks so much larger in picture. hahaa. This was a smaller portion for myself. You could definitely give your hubby more. I would've eaten more actually but it was filling. I find broccoli fills me up quite a bit, and with the heavy cream and cheese sauce. It's becomes a heavier/filling dish for me. I don't remember grams. I also don't measure my food as much as I should. I'm on a "lazy keto" and just winging it.
So the sauce is a Keto/Low carb Chicken Tuscan sauce. It was inspired by that. Here's the link: https://ketogenic.com/recipes/creamy-tuscan-chicken/
Hopefully it shows. If not, here's the recipe. I poured everything over the broccoli.
Recipe Ingredients
1.5 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
8 oz Heavy Cream
4 oz Chicken Broth
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 oz Parmesan, grated
1 oz Fresh Spinach, chopped
2 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
0.5 tsp Pepper
Preparation Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 20 min
Servings Made: 6 Servings
Recipe Instructions
In a large skillet heat olive oil over med- high heat.
Season chicken to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.
Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
Whisk over medium high heat until it starts to thicken.
Add the spinach and sun dried tomatoes and let it simmer until the spinach starts to wilt.
Add the chicken back to the pan.
Once heated through, serve
