I had a veggie burger and broccoli from the cafe' at work today for lunch. I don't know if it had anything on it or not. The broccoli tasted like it had butter on it.

For supper I had a steak and broccoli from Logan's with a side salad. I am sure that there was something on the steak like maybe butter. I only drank about 90oz of water.

I didn't go pee very much today. I have figured out that the more I pee the more weight that I loose.

Goal for tomorrow: pee pee pee pee and water water water water.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
