Bicycled outdoors for about 25 minutes, but it was a bit strenous. Husband led the way which resulted in a lot of hills. I had to call "uncle" and turn back.
Down a .5 lb this morning. Was hoping for more. I weigh at the JC centers on Monday and wanted at least 3 lbs. Right now I'm hoping for 2 pounds for the week.
